Consumer right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when you or a person you designate (other than the carrier) receives the goods. For goods ordered together but delivered separately, it begins when the last item arrives; for goods delivered in several parts, when the last part arrives.

The model form below is optional. You may also withdraw online at https://scherzadmaster.de/en/withdrawal. No account or prior approval is required. Using the online function gives you a prompt email acknowledgement containing your declaration and its receipt date and time. Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, promptly and within 14 days of receiving your declaration. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option you chose are excluded. We will use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no refund fee. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Send the goods back promptly and within 14 days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing, to: Scherzad Master, Hauptstr. 282, 44649 Herne, Deutschland. Dispatch before this deadline is sufficient. You pay the direct cost of return postage. No prior return approval is needed. You are responsible for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

This notice applies to consumers. Statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected; the withdrawal postage rule does not limit those rights. Existing contracts retain their original terms. This notice does not retrospectively impose return costs where the required advance disclosure was missing.
